BUYER BEWARE - Always get a written quote before performing any service on your vehicle. I took my truck in for a multi-point inspection. I planned on getting the oil replaced along with replacing the fuel filter. I was quoted $69.99 for 5 quarts of conventional and an additional $7.75/quart after that. The total would be just under $150 not counting the filter. After service was completed the oil change come to $432, over double the quote! I called close to a dozen times, leaving voice mails, and filling out the online contact form trying to talk to Shawn but he was always out of the office without any return calls from him. The oil change required four - 1 gallon jugs @ $108 / gallon of Shell Rotella T4, which calculates out to $27/quart of oil! For reference I could go to Wal-Mart and purchase 4 gallons for $63.92 plus tax at $4.23/quart! Full synthetic T6 only comes to $6.56/quart. Danny explained that "diesels are expensive" but couldn't explain how one gallon of oil cost $108. Over 600% increase in cost of materials is absolutely Ludacris. Buyer Beware and always get a quote in writing before having any services performed with this business.

Danny and his crew came out right away and were able to quickly solve the ignition problem I had with my classic car. Very knowledgeable and fast. I had contacted several mobile auto repair businesses, and those either didn't respond, were scheduled too far out, were closed on Fridays, or responded to say that they didn't have the knowledge or equipment to work on ignition timing. I recommend Danny and On Call Solutions for their responsiveness and experience that led to quality work.

The worst experience ever. Shawn came towed my truck to their shop and took payment for the service. Good to this point. Guy calls me right back and says "I hope this is not the only work truck that you have? I replied at the moment IT IS.... He told said that to fix the truck it was gonna be over $2000 counting the towing fee and diagnostic of the truck. So he started talking about all these other problems that were very noticeable on the truck that were gonna be very expensive that he knew it wasn't a reliable truck for me. I was getting worried about the truck. Until he had the audacity to ask me. " Now knowing that how much are you willing to SELL ME YOUR TRUCK FOR?" He kept on talking which I dint wanna listen anymore. So I went the next day and towed my truck out of there . I asked for a receipt I was there for almost an hr and the other guy(Hispanic). Couldn't find my truck in the system. I said ok if their was a diagnostic done to it, it should be in the report that Shawn talked about specifically regarding all the problems that my truck had. Danny was too good to me!! My car’s serpentine belt and tensioner broke. I was referred to Danny by my tow truck driver (Thank you Matt!). Danny took on my case the same day and worked from evening until past sun down. My car was ready the next morning. I am so grateful he helped me at a competitive price! He gives all his clients a 1-year (or 1200 miles) warranty on his fixes if anything goes wrong, and he will tow it and fix the issue for free. He also has a truck available that he lets his clients use if they don’t have a ride home. He is very genuine and personable. Outstanding service! Thank you Danny!!
